Hi, I’m Crystal — the founder of Serenity Sculpting. With over 4 years of experience in body sculpting, lymphatic drainage, and post-op massage therapy, my passion is rooted in helping women feel confident, empowered, and truly cared for in their wellness journey. What inspired me to start this business was the transformation I personally experienced through these treatments. I saw not only the physical changes, but also how these services helped me feel more aligned, confident, and healthy — and I knew I wanted to create that same experience for others. At Serenity Sculpting, I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all. I take time to understand each client’s goals and customize every session to meet their unique needs. Whether you’re healing post-surgery, working toward sculpting goals, or simply seeking balance and detox, I’m here to support you every step of the way. Cancellation Policy

At Serenity Sculpting, we value your time and your commitment to achieving your body goals. To ensure the best experience for all clients, please review the following policies: Booking fee: • $25 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. • $50 non-refundable deposit is required when booking packages. Deposits will be applied toward your total service. Card on file: A valid card is required on file to book. By booking, you agree to all policies and authorize Serenity Sculpting to charge any applicable fees. Rescheduling Policy: I understand that life happens! Individual appointments may be rescheduled up to two times with proper notice. After two reschedules, a new deposit will be required to book again. All rescheduled appointments must be booked within the same calendar month. Otherwise, a new deposit will be required. Cancellation Policy: • 24+ hours notice: You may cancel or reschedule with no cancellation fee. • Less than 24 hours notice: A 50% cancellation fee will be charged. • No shows will result in a charge equal to 100% of the booked service. Refund Policy: All sales are final and non-refundable, including deposits, packages, and unused or completed services. Once a service is booked or paid for, whether partially or in full, no refunds will be issued. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to all policies listed. PACKAGE EXPIRATION POLICY To maintain treatment consistency and achieve optimal results, all packages include expiration dates from the original purchase date: • 4-session package: valid for 2 months • 6-session package: valid for 3 months • 8-session package: valid for 4 months • 10-session package: valid for 5 months • 12-session package: valid for 6 months Clients are responsible for scheduling appointments within the allotted timeframe. Expired, unused sessions will be forfeited and are non-refundable. Packages cannot be paused, transferred, or extended unless approved by Crystal for emergencies. Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time. A 10-minute grace period is allowed. Arrivals later than 10 minutes may result in a canceled or shortened session, and fees may still apply. Guest Policy: To maintain a relaxing and professional environment, no extra guests are allowed in the treatment room.
